  3. Free Brush is a unique FREE paint program for Windows 3.1 / Windows95. 
  4. Instead of drawing with solid colors or simple patterns, your brushes
  5. are full color pictures in themselves.  Numerous features such as multiple 
  6. drawing modes, four tiling modes, special effects and manipulations
  7. allow you to create incredibly beautiful pictures.  Free Brush can load in 
  8. most popular picture formats (BMP, DIB, GIF, JIF, JPG, PCX, PNG, RLE, TGA, 
  9. TIF, WMF and WPG) as either brushes or pictures. Pictures and brushes can 
  10. be stretched or squeezed to various sizes. Your brushes and finished work
  11. can be saved as a BMP picture (so you can export it to another program) or 
  12. printed directly to most color or B/W printers in portrait or landscape 
  13. orientation.  Online help and tips are provided, as well as more than 60 full 
  14. color brushes and pictures to get you started.

  16. PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: A 486 or faster PC with 8MB or more RAM is recommended,
  17. but the program will run on a 386 with just 4MB. It runs best in a True Color
  18. or Hi Color video display mode (16 bit color or better), but the 256-color 
  19. graphics mode is also supported.  The Visual Basic 3.0 runtime library file 
  20. VBRUN300.DLL (dated 5/12/93 or later, approximately 398,000 bytes) must be
  21. either in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory or in the same directory (or disk)
  22. as the Free Brush Setup program.
